Just being me.

Ask me anything   About me

If reblogging was a sport, I would be a Olympic medalist.

When it comes to objectification, this is a great example of why comparing male strip clubs to Hooters is a “false equivalent.”

i’m creating a kickstarter for cojones right now

I once went out to dinner with a male friend of mine and we were having a discussion about Hooters. I said I was disgusted by it, and he couldn’t comprehend why.
"Do you like the wings?" I remember asking dryly, waiting for the snarky response.
"Yeah — why, do you not like them?"
I was dumbfounded. “How would you feel if your mother or sister worked there?”
Only then did he get it. It is terrifying how men are taught to objectify women from the start — and even more terrifying when they can’t comprehend it being wrong unless they have some kind of previously established connection to the woman.

This miniature ecosystem has been thriving in an almost completely isolated state for more than forty years. It has been watered just once in that time. The original single spiderwort plant has grown and multiplied, putting out seedlings. As it has access to light, it continues to photosynthesize. The water builds up on the inside of the bottle and then rains back down on the plants in a miniature version of the water cycle.
As leaves die, they fall off and rot at the bottom producing the carbon dioxide and nutrients required for more plants to grow.

if you don’t think this is fucking rad then get out of my face

Do it. I dare you. Then, when you’re fast asleep in your bed, dreaming sweet dreams of cotton candy unicorns, they will come.
The fandoms will come for you.
